There is something timeless about an olive tree, sun, stone, patience, and this Silver study leans into all of it. Muted sage and pale grey foliage shimmers softly, the color of old groves on a Mediterranean hillside.
The foliage is built from Czech glass seed beads in layered silver-green tones, each leaf set on hand-twisted copper wire and worked into the gnarled, characterful branching an olive is known for. The trunk is deliberately textured, twisting as it rises, and it is mounted on a marble base that echoes the stone of its native landscape. Finished height is roughly 24 to 28 cm, with several days of bench time behind it. Each tree is one of one, made to order.
