Production time
Custom trees are made to order and take 7–21 days to weave, depending on size and complexity. Ready-made items from the shop ship sooner. We give you a timeline when we confirm your order.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Your order is sent with tracking once the balance is paid. Shipping cost and method are confirmed at checkout or with your quote.
Packaging
Beaded trees are delicate. Each piece is packed carefully to travel safely.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping.
Delays
Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and customs and is outside our control. If a parcel is lost or badly delayed, contact us and we will help track it.
