Ginkgo · Amber
Amber is the ginkgo deepened a shade, gold warmed toward honey and resin. The fan-shaped leaves glow in a rich, mature tone, a ginkgo at the fullest point of its turn.
The canopy is built from Czech glass seed beads in warm amber tones, each leaf set on hand-twisted copper wire and shaped to suggest the ginkgo distinctive fan. The branching reaches upward and outward with the openness the species is known for, and the trunk is mounted on a flat river stone for a steady base. Several days of bench time stand behind it, with a finished height around 23 to 27 cm. Each tree is one of one, made to order.
A wire tree sculpture in deep amber brings warmth and a sense of good fortune to a desk, an entry, or a shelf of meaningful things. It never fades or sheds. A rich handmade gift for a new chapter, an anniversary, or a celebration that calls for a warm glow.
Keep your piece out of direct sunlight and away from steam or damp. Dust gently with a soft, dry brush — never water or cloth. Branches can be reshaped lightly by hand. Cared for simply, a beaded tree lasts for decades.
